Job description:
Are you a commercial solicitor with 4 years plus PQE? Do you have a strong commercial background gained with a leading top tier firm or as part of an in-house team?

Our client is seeking an ambitious and experienced solicitor with a minimum of 4 years PQE to join their existing team. Based in Dublin (with some travel involved) you will advise the business on all commercial issues arising from domestic and multi-jurisdictional transactions.

Key Requirements:

- Qualified Solicitor with minimum 4 years PQE
- Experience gained in a leading law firm or in-house
- Experience gained advising on domestic and multi-jurisdictional transactions
- Excellent drafting and communications skills
- Exposure to data protection, Intellectual Property and Dispute Resolution matters
