Insurance Broker (permanent) up to 35K
Our client is presently looking for someone who would be responsible for providing day to day customer support for one of their accounts.
Role:
Ø General Insurance Administration.
Ø This role will require you to focus on personally meeting the needs of the customers and to assist with the provision of a first class service to customers in accordance with agreed departmental objectives
Skills:
Ø Good interpersonal and negotiation skills
Ø Commitment and willingness to take initiative in meeting customer needs
Ø Ability to work in a team environment and motivate oneself and other team members to achieve team objectives
Knowledge:
Ø An understanding of the principles of insurance
Ø An understanding of relevant regulations and legislation relating to General Insurance
Ø An understanding of the industry standard processes and procedures relating to General Insurance
Key Tasks:
Ø To handle calls to/from customers for motor, home and health insurance
Ø To handle queries from customers in relation to their quotations
Ø To handle queries from customers in relation to claims
Ø To cross-sell insurance products
Ø To assist with specific training programmes
