Technical Support Analyst

Native or Fluent German/Italian/French/Spanish

My Client one of the worlds largest software companies with offices based in Cork is seeking a Technical Support Analyst with 1-2 years experience in technical support.

Responsibilities;

• Provide 1^st level support to large number of customers
• Identify, record and proactively revise current procedures to improve customer satisfaction.
• Working in a customer focused environment, ensuring 100% customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• Proficiency in hardware, software and operating systems environment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience working in a fast paced, customer focused environment.
• Ability to work on own initiative and in a team environment.
• Fluent in German/Italian/French/Spanish
