Customer Care Representative Required

My Client is a Leading Multinational Company based in Limerick and is Urgently seeking Customer Care Representatives to join their hugely successful team. 
The role of the Customer Care Representative is to deliver a positive customer experience to support my Client's Brand and to ultimately grow the business.

Responsibilities Include:

***    To Service the Customer and Fix the Customer's Issue    ***
***    To Deliver a Positive Customer Experience    ***
***    To Enable the Measurement of Results    ***

This is a Mon - Fri role, 8.30am 5.00pm
