Job description: Architect. The ideal candidate assists project architects in planning, designing, and preparing of architectural contract drawings and specifications; and practices architecture under the direction of a licensed architect of a licensed architect. This position offers an opportunity to qualify towards part III, interact with related disciplines, and provide exposure to projects throughout the United Kingdom
Preference for M.A. in architecture with minimum 1 year practical experience. Competency in computer aided drafting (AutoCAD preferred), appropriate writing, and interpersonal communication skills. Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (i.e. Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint). Familiarity or competency with architectural rendering programs, such as 3D studioViz, sketch-up, Photoshop is a plus. Must have fluent English.
