My client, one of the USA's largest financial services and insurance companies are looking to recruit German speakers with previous customer services experience immediately. This position is ideal for candidates with excellent customer services philosophy either just starting their career in financial services or for people with existing financial service experience. The role involves working in a customer service environment that deals with incoming calls from existing customers, independent financial advisors and sales consultants.
Main duties:
• Processing a variety of financial and non-financial transactions and requests during the life cycle of a policy • Responding to incoming telephone inquiries and requests covering all product areas. • Ensuring all telephone calls and other communication is handled in an accurate and timely manner. • Ensuring all queries are satisfactorily resolved or escalated to the appropriate contact. • Delivering consistently, superior, cost effective customer service by handling technically complex as well as non-routine and simple customer telephone and/or mail requests in compliance with regulatory requirements and service targets. • Ensuring consistent adherence to Service Standards, Compliance Requirements, and Financial Controls. • Learning business systems, processes, and programs. Develops advanced technical skill and business/product knowledge. • Ensuring appropriate information flow to senior team members and to agents, field representatives, and third parties. • Assisting with training and coaching of entry level and experienced team members. • Taking the lead to plan and implement solutions for the team or department.
Knowledge & Skills:
• Excellent Customer Service Skills. • Financial Service operations and administration within the Life and Pensions industry is highly desirable. • Exceptional written, verbal and presentation skills are necessary to effectively convey goals and initiatives to staff and senior management in both English and German. • Superior communication skills. • High Professional standards.
