Global Deployment Managers required for one of the worlds leading Blue Chip Technology firms. Our client is the number one in its market on a global scale. Due to their success in the market they have a sizeable operation on Dublin West. The business unit will be a highly progressive shared service centre.
Overall responsible to follow up quotes, orders, follow-up of integration activities, installation at Customer site and initiation on maintenance contracts. Activity also includes weekly update of Account Shipment/revenues
Responsibilities:
• Run and manage the forecast of leads: weekly phone conference
• Run and manage the actual orders during their integration at Lyon: bi weekly phone conference and report
• Oversee the quotation team and processes
• Escalation manager for the quote and order entry resources
• Work in tandem with the technical pre-sales team to ensure technical validation is performed on time for non standard requests
• Manage change management jointly with Integration centers during the integration phase
• Ensure that support quotes are completed correctly including follow-up actions in the case of Distributor countries
• Ensure that the service contract is activated as well as billing
• Manage the overall revenue and shipment reports
