My Client is looking for a Client Services Agent who will be responsible for providing client support to our Corporate Clients, through effective resolution of queries from Acquiring banks and their Merchants in order to support multi currency card processing services. This is a demanding and exciting role, which provides the candidate with great scope for personal and professional development within a global environment.
Duties: Included in the role but not limited to; · Implementing and maintaining new and existing Corporate client accounts. · Taking ownership for issues, investigation and resolution of queries to a level of resolution acceptable by the agreed service levels.
· Managing issues which range from a technical nature to reconcillation and respond through telephone, email and fax within the specified timeframes and maintaining agreed service levels. Attending regular conference calls with clients.
· Regular feedback to team leader on cases and queries and issue resolution. · Identifying trends in queries and making suggestions to reduce future query levels · Escalation of any issues that may hinder Client Services from reaching agreed service levels. · Interaction with other team members and management to improve efficiency and effectiveness of the unit.
