Dutch Technical Support in Shannon

Company: Our client is among the worlds most respected communications/IT companies. In less than 30 years they have gone from an idea to a multinational company with almost 30,000 staff.
They serve the European market from their multinational office which is based in Western Ireland.

Role: New positions exist for Dutch speaker technical support specialists to join their team. As part of a global team you will support Dutch customers on a range of technologies. General responsibilities include:

- Handle in-coming calls from client's customers.
- Track, Escalate (as appropriate) and Resolve queries as appropriate.
- Log all calls, emails and faxes as appropriate.


Skills: In order to be considered for the role you must speak fluently Dutch, with excellent English.
You need knowledge of PC architecture and experience in dealing with the different releases of DOS and Windows ('98, NT, XP etc.). Knowledge of databases is important for that role. An interest in IT and/or knowledge of Microsoft applications such as word, exchange, internet explorer is a distinct advantage.
