Gamesmaster - Warhammer: Age of Reckoning

GOA, the video gaming department of one of the World's largest Communications companies, is recruiting for Games Masters to join their operations in Dublin City Centre as they launch their latest release, Warhammer: Age of Reckoning and their casual online gaming portal, GOA.com.
Responsibilities:
· Support online gamers of Warhammer: Age of Reckoning with the use of in game tools and email
· Ethically use your powers and knowledge to enhance the gaming experience, as well as educating gamers on how to get the best from their experience.
· Working with your team leader and community managers to provide feedback and improve the in game experience.
Requirements:
· 6- 12 months experience within a customer service environment.
· Fluency in one of the languages at the top of this advertisement.
· Previous experience in the gaming industry or in the gaming community is an advantage.
· Passion for MMORPG's and great knowledge of videogames in general
· Leaving Certificate or equivalent.
