Job description:  

My Client, a Cork-based company, is seeking a Quality Control Manager to join their team.

In this new role, you will be responsible for developing a quality control management structure within the company.

This is an excellent opportunity to use and develop your skills in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Developing a new structures and systems for the quality control function
• Restructuring & implementation of recommended systems
• Responsibility for the quality control function and quality team, once the new system is in place
• Staff Management

Requirements

• A minimum of 3-5 years in Quality Management within the Construction or Manufacturing industries
• A dynamic and motivated approach
• Excellent people management & leadership skills
