Job description: To organise an interview, please contact Deirdre Finnerty on 091 730022 or email Quality Technician Our Client are interested in reviewing Applications for a Quality Technician to work at their state of the art facility in Cork, IrelandJOB PURPOSE:This position has the primary role in assisting with all duties relating to Product Release. Specifically these include:KEY RESPONSIBILITIES• Carry out product release activity for all Cork products prior to distribution• Carry out review of batch paperwork including in-process testing, labels and materials• Carry out reviews of sterilisation loads including sterilisation parameters and hold times• Carry out reviews of endotoxin testing results• Liaise with sterilisation contractors, microbiology personnel, quality, logistics, operations and distribution centres in all aspects of product release• Ensuring SAP compliance to Cork, Corporate and Regulatory requirements• Tracking and monitoring of on hold product• Support rollout of MES, Electronic Product Release and other products on siteEDUCATION/EXPERIENCE/SKILLS• Minimum qualification: NCEA diploma or equivalent in a related discipline.• Good knowledge of ISO 13485, GMP and 21 CFR an advantage• Previous experience of working in an FDA regulated manufacturing environment desirable• Excellent attention to detail required• Good computer skills (Work, Excel & SAP)• Work on own initiative with minimum supervision• Good interpersonal and communication skills
