Reporting to the Branch Manager, the jobholder will have responsibility for the management of branch retail operations and the development of customer relationships in a agribusiness store.
Key Responsibilities:
· The management of the day-to-day retail operations of the Branch.
· Developing Customer relationships and sales opportunities.
· Ensure efficient stock flow and stock management.
· Housekeeping and merchandiser to maintained to the highest standards.
· Implementation of stock range as per store planogram.
· Daily check lists to be completed as per operations manual.
· All documentation to be completed to company's procedures.
· Delegation of tasks to staff members.
· Ensuring promotions are implemented to agreed plan and time.
· Responsible for sales and margin targets.
· Provide a pleasant shopping environment and customer care focus.
· Promote and drive sales and identify potential growth areas.
Experience and Attributes:
- A minimum of 3 years experience of retail sales and retail management.
- Knowledge and understanding of customer requirements.
- Highly motivated with the ability to manage and motivate a team of people.
- Have good leadership and communication skills.
- Be results orientated and possess keen commercial awareness.
