Job description: Kraków is one of the largest and oldest cities in Poland and a popular tourist destination. Its historic center was inscribed on the list of World Heritage Sites as the first of its kind Situated on the Vistula river (Polish: Wisła) in the Lesser Poland region, the city dates back to the 7th century. Kraków has traditionally been one of the leading centers of Polish academic, cultural and artistic life, and is one of Poland's most important economic centers.
Role:-Primary responsibility for customer collection-Updating ageing reports-Reconciliations and assisting in the month end close process-Handle all customer queries in a professional and timely manner-Credit reference checks and provide payment information to customers-Review billing and supporting documentation
Requirements:-Fluent English and Dutch-Degree in Accouning/Finance or Economics-Strong customer service experience-Good working knowledge of Word and Excel-SAP knowledge would be an advantage
Initial induction training is available for all employees which lasts approximately 1 month.Also on a yearly basis employees undergo various internal training related to their job. Acareer development plan is set for each employee within the first month of employment.
