Skills / Experience Required:• 2-3 years high volume customer service skills • Excellent organizational skills and ability to multitask. • Experience writing customer service correspondence. • Excellent email skills including answering emails for Customer Service area • Must be fluent in French with excellent written and oral English• Proficiency in MS Office • General Internet Experience • Excellent communication skills • Knowledge of poker an advantage though not essential • Customer Service/ Call centre experience essential • Self-motivated and results oriented • Strong Team Player• We are looking for enthusiastic, customer focused and French fluent representatives.
