Our Client currently require enthusiastic, driven, experienced DB2 Kernel Development Manager to join world's leading technology company
Role:
We are looking for an experienced individual to lead and manage a team of software developers working on the latest generation of enterprise relational database products. Your team will work with our architects and researchers to define the solutions and provide leadership to the team, customers, business partners, and other teams for the design, implementation and performance evaluation of the systems:
With a deep background in software development, you will give overall direction and be responsible for the scheduled delivery of high quality software. You will use you your strong project management skills to manage workloads and schedules and use your people management skills to build and lead your team.
Skills:
- Good Leadership qualities;
- Strong Project management skills required;
- People management experience required;
- Works well in a global team as well as independently;
- Development experience of C++ and development with relational databases including SQL an asset;
- Deep background in Software Engineering and formal development methods;
Required
At least 3 years experience in Perform Project Management
At least 2 years experience in Lead teams
