Job description:  

Sales Executive

We are looking for a results-driven, motivated Sales Executive to join our expanding sales team. This is an exciting opportunity for an ambitious Sales Executive who will relish the challenge of working with our existing blue-chip clients whilst also defining and delivering on innovative sales strategies for a new and exciting product soon to be launched by my client

The role is based in our corporate headquarters in Dublin (South). Reporting to the Sales Director, the successful candidate will drive new sales and expand our client network in Ireland and the UK whilst managing existing client relationships.

Responsibilities:

• Identify clients' real needs and requirements and provide relevant, compelling solutions.
• Display a structured approach to value-selling principles and personal activity/ performance indicators.
• Manage and follow through on accounts activity to guarantee new business and account development.
• Liaise with internal departments to ensure adherence to agreed timelines and budgets for delivery of product to clients.
• Manage and develop long-term business relationships with key corporate clients.
• Prepare and give presentations and technical demonstrations.
• Prepare and submit detailed proposals to potential clients.
• Negotiate contracts and tenders.

Requirements:

• Some experience in proactive software sales with a proven track record.
• A genuine passion for selling and developing skills as a sales professional.
• An ambitious, dynamic, self-starter approach.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and influencing skills.
• Ability to identify business opportunities and proactively generate new leads.
• Experience in presenting to and negotiating with prospective customers.

· Ability to multitask, deal with deadlines and organise work effectively.

There is an excellent package on offer to the successful candidate. This will be a challenging but rewarding position which will involve some travel within Ireland and abroad.
