SAP Customer Relations Manager Analyst
The role:
SAP underpins this growth and development, a core component of which is the rollout of SAP CRM across our ingredient, nutritional and dairy foods businesses. Due to the continued growth and expansion of our client's SAP CRM platform, we have a requirement for a SAP CRM Analyst to join our CRM team. This exciting opportunity involves working on the implementation of SAP CRM projects to support one of the company's core strategic objectives, that of improved “Customer Focus”. This position provides a varied work experience covering the full scope of CRM implementations including for example web interactions centers, mobile applications and a planned future SAP CRM upgrade. We are currently looking to hire a SAP CRM analyst with a number of years experience to work on these projects. This full-time position will be based in Co. Kilkenny - but there may be requirements to work internationally during the lifetime of projects.
Requirements:
2 years minimum experience as an IT business systems analyst or related consulting role implementing SAP CRM.
Ability to troubleshoot and resolve SAP CRM issues in conjunction with developers, Basis admins and technical analysts.
Knowledge of integration points to other SAP modules particularly sales and distribution (SD) and Business Intelligence (BI).
Business Intelligence and data warehouse experience would be an advantage
Ability to develop functional specifications and configure SAP CRM to meet requirements.
Ability to analyze and interpret business needs from all levels of users
Experience conducting requirement gathering interviews and workshops with end users.
Ability to perform gap analysis, identifying opportunities for enhancements and making recommendations based on key findings during requirements gathering.
Demonstrated ability to work in fast-paced, high-growth environment.
Proven skills in relationship building, customer-focus, decision-making, and problem solving.
Excellent communication skills.
Demonstrated ability to quickly learn the business
Must be able to perform as an effective member in a team-oriented environment, maintain a positive attitude, and achieve desired results while working with minimal supervision.
