Job description:  At Oak Recruitment our client is looking to recruit a Head Receptionist

The ideal candidate will demonstrate excellent organisational skills with attention to detail, should process excellent communication skills with the ability to work under pressure and on their own initiative.

Duties will include :
1. Ensuring smooth operation of the front desk whilst promoting high level of guest care at all times
2. Train, develop and motivate staff to achieve set targets to meet budget requirements
3. Manage and maintain paymaster accounts and
4. Undertake any audits associated with the front desk
5. Manage and maintain websites & the GDS system in the absence of the Rooms Division Revenue Manager
6. Produce staff rosters ensuring sufficient cover is in place to meet operational needs whilst remaining with budget

Previous hotel experience is preferred along with knowledge of Fidelio Opera. Proficient computer skills are required.
