Job description: At RICHMOND RECRUITMENT our client is looking to recruit a Retail Account Manager.

The Role

Reporting to the National Retail Manager you will be responsible for the development, management and sales of your area. You will demonstrate a proactive approach to business with outstanding interpersonal, organisational and presentation skills. This will involve actively building relationships and driving sales through training, promotions and day-to-day field support. As a key member or the retail team, this is a unique opportunity to actively influence and contribute to the success and development of this ambitious company.

The Person

• Educated to degree level, you will ideally have a successful background in field sales or a target driven environment (preferably within the Pharmacy sector but not essential).
• Ability to initiate and implement targeted promotional activity through their accounts.
• Ability to negotiate and manage budget and margin levels.
• Show clear evidence of growing business levels while building customer relationships.
• Motivated self-starter with the ability to work on own initiative.
• Comfortable in training and presentation environment's.
• Flexibility with working hours, location and responsibilities.
