Job description: At richmond we are currently recruiting a Administrator. Job Role & Responsibilities:Daily co-ordination of test equipment distribution among calibration technicians within the company . Quality control of test equipment in line with the requirements of ISO9001/2000 and customers. Weekly report on the status of test equipment.Co-ordinating scope of calibration work with various customers located around Ireland. Co-ordinate same scope with company calibration technicians. All communications are carried out from Cork office using mainly phones and email.Attend and contribute to weekly operations where all the business processes and performances are discussed.Liase with couiers daily to ensure that equipment is distributed safely and on-time.Liase with technicians daily to support their needs on site.Update company database with relevent business information used to measure the performance of activities.Reporting directly to the Service Manager.Education/ Experience Requirements:Third level qualification in Administration/Business and/or alternatively some element of relevant experience in those areas.Ability to work on own initiative and with minimum supervision.Excellent troubleshooting skills.Ability to liase with engineers & technicians.Ability to multi task.Gooorganisational skills.Ability to prioritise.Please contact Karen on 021 4500355 for confidential discussion or email cv to corkjobs@richmond.ie.
