Technical Support/Customer Service Representative
Responsibilities:
• Dealing with inbound calls from IBM's business customers.
• Identifying the customer, the machine and the problem/difficulty and updating the details in database
• Providing hardware and software telephone support for the IBM products
• Answering to the customers' queries and solving their technical problems
Ideal candidates must have:
• Fluent Norwegian or Swedish and a very good level of English,
• Good customer service background,
• A real interest in IT (IT experience or degree a distinct advantage),
• Good communication skills, be a good team player.
