Job description:  At Oak Recruitment our client islooking to recruit a Director of Sales & Marketing for their hotel in Cork.

The Director of Sales & Marketing is responsible for managing the implementation of the hotel's sales and marketing strategies, and the development of new business within the transient, group and events segments. Strategies will include market mix, pricing, status, direct sales, marketing, and acquisition status and results. Maximize profitability for the hotel and outstanding quality service for the customers. Accountable to market performance and potential performance as well as budget, forecast, and target goals. The ideal candidate would be organised, detail oriented, enjoys working in a team environment and leading and developing associates.
