Channel Operations Manager
A global leader in IT has 2 vacancies for Channel Operations Managers for their Dublin headquarters. This is an exciting opportunity to lead and manage channel operations for a defined region in EMEA. You will play a key role in driving supply chain initiatives within retail & distribution channels.
Responsibilities:
Key responsibility for this role will be helping to lead regional supply chain initiatives, managing operational relationships within the retail and distribution channels, and helping to organise the retail supply chain.
Key duties will include:
• Lead and develop the demand planning process within the region
• Strong collaboration and strong business relationships with the sales and marketing senior management
• Develop the use of statistical forecast models
• Integration and validation of Promotional forecasts
• Integration of customer forecasts
• Channel Inventory
• Balance inventory
• Drive effective partner collaboration
• Lead/project manage new distributor/retailer or e-distributor on boarding projects and channel integration
• Order Management
• Ensure operational SOPs are negotiated and agreed properly with all Distributors within the region
• Provide efficient resolution of any sales support escalations
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in relevant area
• At least 5+ years experience in supply chain related functions preferably within a retailer or distributor
• 2nd European language (ideally German) an advantage, but not essential
• 5+ years managing internal or outsourced order fulfilment, inventory management, distribution and logistics, relationship management.
• 5+ years' experience inventory/demand planning and replenishment
• Digital supply chain, e-commerce and multi-channel experience (preferred)
• Travel is required - up to 25%
