Our client, a leading medical device company, is currently recruiting for a Corporate Accounts Manager. This is a full time permanent position.
The role holder is responsible for driving new business growth in Corporate Accounts within the Sales and Marketing Team and have a major Project Management emphasis. The person will develop and leverage senior relationships inside and outside, as part of a defined strategy.
Responsible for the overall management and development of customer account(s).
Project lead all initiatives relating to customer.
Ensure customer targets are met and agreed KPIs are achieved.
Host and co-ordinate all on site visits by the customer or personnel contracted by the customer.
Work closely with the wider company organisation and customer to achieve customer and organisational goals.
Implement appropriate procedures to support the business when required.
Ensure that all issues relating to the customer are dealt with and are resolved in a timely and efficient manner.
Give Customer/ Internal presentations as required.
Education / Experience:
MBA/Business or related degree.
3-5 years experience in a similar role within the Healthcare or associated industry.
Proven sales, negotiating and account management skills.
Bid preparation experience including large corporate tender response preparation and pricing calculation.
Experience of working in a Project Management environment and an appreciation of Project Management methodologies and processes.
Excellent presentation skills to individual and group audiences up to Director level
Proven ability to work within a cross functional team environment
