GOA, France Telecom's Online Games department, is looking for Spanish Customer Support Team Leader to supervise the everyday work of the Spanish Customer Support department.

 

Duties and responsibilities to include

Ø Management of the everyday work of the CSR team.

Ø Task allotment and follow up of the work done.

Ø In coordination with the CS Officers, hiring and training new people joining the CS department

Ø Training of the team to new tools and software used.

Ø Ensure that in game experience is satisfactory by monitoring customer feedback.

Ø Help improving the knowledge databases, and updating the CS policies.

Ø Participate in the writing of a weekly report that will summarize the main issues encountered and solutions applied, as well as the expectations of our customers.

The ideal candidate will fit the following profile.

  • Excellent Spanish written skills (Spanish native speaker is a plus)
  • A level degree or higher
  • Successful Customer Support experience appreciated (1 year+)
  • Successful management experience appreciated (1 year +)
  • At ease with PC and Windows environment (drivers, updates, dxdiags…)
  • Good written and oral English skills
  • Proficiency in the use of internet communication tools and basic computer software is required
  • Knowledge of video games in general and MMORPGS in particular
  • Aptitude to team work, at ease with human relations
  • Knowledge, even basic, in programming to better understand the mechanisms used in the game
  • Autonomy and professional customer service ethic are required
  • Pluses : professional experience in the MMORPGs field, passion for video games
