The role involved the organising and running of its er Restaurant and you will be in control of a 20 strong team
It includes all aspects of management including stocktakes, cash handling and people management as well as operations.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of
· 1-2 years experience as Restaurant Manager in a busy hotel property
· Should be a motivated team player with excellent organizational and people management skills.
· Possess good communications and interpersonal skills
· Ensure Customer service levels are maintained to very high standard
· Ability to plan staff rosters depending on business also factoring in training.
· Maintain and review the Standard Operating Procedures.
· To ensure that all Health & Safety and HACCP procedures are complied with.
