Our Client a leading electronics retailer are looking for a Branch Manager to lead the store team and deliver a profitable business.
The Role:
· Coaching, developing and training the team to ensure that everyone is able and willing to contribute to the success of the store.
· Liaising with Head Office departments to ensure that the store has an appropriate level of stock to meet customer demand.
· Ensuring that the store is inviting for customers with merchandising
· Providing all customers with an enjoyable shopping experience,
· Manage poor performance, absence and misconduct.
· Manage and oversee amends to store layout and stock 'mix' to maximise sales opportunities.
The Ideal Candidate:
· Must have at least 2years experience in a Senior Retail Management role.
· Needs to be passionate about delivering the highest standards of customer satisfaction.
· Capable of motivating large teams with fantastic leadership skills.
