SENIOR STORE MANAGER - KERRY €50K
In partnership with its client CPL our client is currently seeking an experienced a Retail Store Manager for a permanent role based in Kerry.
The Client:
Our client is a 100% Irish owned company, operating 80 outlets spread across the Republic of Ireland and Northern Ireland, with further expansion plans for the future.
Established more than 60 years ago, they have become one of Ireland's largest group of department stores. You'll find fashion and footwear for all the family, homewares, home textiles and toiletries, plus the latest in CDs and DVDs, all at great everyday low prices.
Job Responsibilities
- Have exceptional operational skills and the ability to drive these high standards through your teams.
- Maximise sales & profit performance and achieve company KPI's through demonstrating strong commercial acumen.
- Inspire, lead and motivate staff through the support and development of assistant manager.
- A proven track record of managing people.
- Ensure your team delivers exceptional customer service.
- Demonstrate strong organisational skills through implementation of systems & processes to utilise resources to best effect.
- Strong visual merchandising skills.
- Commercially aware with the knowledge to achieve competitive advantages for your business.
- Deliver exemplary standards in store presentation, stock control & administration compliance.
- Recruitment and development of staff.
