Job description: Temporary Customer Service Clerk required for an ongoing temporary assignment in a FMCG company in Dublin 1.

Very close to bus and Luas routes. In this role you will be working as part of a team in the Customer Service Department.

Duties:

• general office administration
• taking and processing orders (either over the phone or by email)
• liaising with customers and clients regarding status of orders

• Minimum of 1 year's customer service administration experience
• The ability to work well in a team
• Enthusiastic and motivated
• Good communication skills
• The ability to manage a database

• €13-14 p/hr.
