Prominent and respected organisation on the west side of Cork City is looking to recruit a number of part time Customer Service Executives to support their large client base. This position requires a start in towards to end of September. To apply you must have previous experience providing customer service over the telephone.

The Role
This varied and challenging role will include
Responding to inbound customer calls
Complaint resolution
This will range from change of address requests, invoice/ billing enquiries
Updating customer information
Accurate data entry
Navigating using the in-house systems
Requirements
The successful candidates will have a minimum of 12 months customer service experience in a telephone based role, previous experience in technical support is also an advantage
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Strong problem solving skills
Excel working in a fast paced and demanding environment
Committed to delivering first class customer care.
You will be IT literate, with strong MS Word, Excel, Outlook, previous experience in SAP is desirable and confident navigating your way around a PC and new systems.
Adaptability and flexibility are key to this position. Shifts operate between the hours of 7.30am to 8:00 Monday through to Saturday. Working 1 Saturday in 3. Each shift is 5 hours and you will be advised of your shift a month in advance. You must also be available for at least 3 weeks full time training.
