Position: Marketing Manager
Reporting To: Managing Director
The Company:
The Sales & Marketing Desk @ la creme are recruiting a Marketing Manager for a Industrial firm based in Kinsale Co. Cork. Our client a leader in their industry arena are introducing the marketing function to their organisational structure to consolidate their product lines in tandem with the domestic market share and opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
Assess and analyse the position of the company and construct an annual marketing strategy
Manage the compilation and production of all marketing materials
Maintain and update the company website
Organise and attend relevant events and trade exhibitions
Communicate all marketing strategies to the Sales function
Develop marketing plans and strategies in line with allocated budgets
Compile and implement an effective CRM system in conjunction with the sales function
Requirements:
• Excellent communication skills.
• The ability to take your own initiative and accept responsibility.
• A minimum of two years experience within the marketing function.
