Dynamic, sales driven experienced retail managers required for our client based in Westmeath,
The Role:
You will be involved in the complete operation of the store.
Manage a team of retail sales assistants driving sales through coaching and KPI reviews.
Give excellent customer service to make the customers experience in your store second to nobody in the industry to ensure 100% customer satisfaction.
Motivate staff to go above and beyond in there role as customer facing assistants to ensure satisfaction.
Manage all stores administration and stock issues that may arise.
Set a high example for your staff to follow and develop them on a one to one basis through a structured development programme.
Manage all HR issues within the store.
The ideal candidate:
3 to 4 years experience in the above is a must.
A proven success record in achieving and over achieving company targets and KPI'S set by area managers.
Passionate about both sales and customer service
Excellent communication and presentation skills required.
