Job description:  Store Manager / Retail Store Manager

Our client a world leader in media entertainment require a concession manager for a busy Dublin based department.



Key Accountabilities

Organise effectively the smooth and efficient running of the store operation.
Maintain highest possible standards of customer service.
Motivate train and encourage all staff members..
Maintain high levels of presentation within the store according to company procedures.
Be aware of health and safety issues and to instruct staff members accordingly.
Always ensure KPI's are maximised to their full potential and that costs are kept within budgets.


PERSON SPECIFICATION

Work Experience

1-2 years Retail management experience
A proven track record of management/supervisory experience including budgetary control,recruitment, staff development and Health and Safety within a retail or similar environment.
Very strong organisational skills. Good inter-personal and communication skills both verbal and written. Ability to manage your own time to meet deadlines.
Excellent customer service with the determination to inspire success within your team.
