Job description: Looking for  Italian speaker for a job opportunity in Galway, Salary is 30 -35k + benefits after 6 months.

Job description:

. Developing a clear understanding of the Business partners program
. Answering direct queries (phone and e-mail) from partners regarding the administration and ongoing implementation of strategic partner programs
. Providing accurate and timely responses to all partners queries

Requirements:

. Degree-Business/IT an advantage
. 5 years customer support experience ideally from a helpline environment
. Experienced gained in the IT sector/software sector is an advantage
. Demonstrate strong interpersonnal and team working abilities
. Experienced IT users
. Excellent communication: fluent English + one of the European Language mentioned above or English only but located in Galway
. Performance and target oriented
