The purpose of this role is to tele-account manage this Mega Multinationals Certified Partners to grow revenue and influence whilst increasing partner satisfaction. This is driven through the following key activities

  • Partner business & competency development
  • Renewal in the Microsoft Partner Program & use of benefits
  • Opportunity management & support
  • Relationship building
  • Responding to partner queries & complaints
  • Managing data quality of Partner's & Contacts
  • Maintaining & improving CPE

Objective Criteria

  1. Increase revenue and/or influence through the partner channel
  2. Increase partner satisfaction
  3. Develop partners (to Gold Certified status and/or through additional competencies)
  4. Assist partners through the MSPP programmatics
  5. Increase knowledge of their partners, positioning for a deep and more partner-relevant relationship f
  6. Capture of timely, accurate and clean data

Key Responsibilities:

  • Tele-account management of Certified Partners (through inbound and outbound contact); tele-engagement with these partners with the objective of building relationships to be able to understand their business and recommend relevant Microsoft solutions and programmes that add mutual value to both our Company and the partner including GTM campaigns and Certified Partner Programs
  • Maintains a breadth of interaction across all dedicated Partners (at a frequency of approx. once per month) but ability to focus engagement on the high-revenue potential partners
  • Builds relationships and rapport with Certified Partners and develops an understanding of the partner's business to establish credibility and add value
  • Responsible for managing the partner 'contact' satisfaction and providing a consistent experience for tele-managed Certified Partners
  • Organizes and plans day effectively to achieve established goals and objectives
  • Prepares for individual calls (reviewing Activities, open opportunities and service requests) to maximize effectiveness and the productivity of the partner contact time; balances relationship-building, programmatic and campaign-oriented activities
  • Ability to speak to the appropriate partner contact for a given call purpose

Probes and explores partner's opportunities and challenges through effective questioning and active listening; establishes core competency(s) and understands the partner's business model; generates interest and creates a solid value proposition; supports the partner in effective and appropriate use of MSPP benefits

Experience Required,

  • 3-4years field or tele-account management experience preferably in the IT industry
  • Proven track record of working with business partners or customers to deliver results
  • Leaving certificate or equivalent qualification
  • Fluent in the local language, both written and oral
  • Demonstrable evidence of owning and closing business
  • A solid understanding of the indirect sales model (selling through business partners)


A manpower contract will be awarded with a Basic Salary of €35,000 - €40,000 and an ote of €52,000
