• Answering telephone calls and dealing with them efficiently to ensure a positive experience for our customers
• Providing hardware and software telephone support
• Obtaining accurate customer details and amending call-handling system when applicable
• Escalating calls that cannot be resolved locally
• Positively managing internal relationships
