Retail Store Manager - Cork - €30k - €40k + Excellent Bonus
In partnership with our client, CPL are seeking a strong Retail Manager to lead a large sales team in a busy fashion store in Cork.
The Company:
Our client are an extremely customer service focused fashion retail brand.They are well known and highly respected on the high street, resulting in a loyal customer base. With the opening of numerous new stores, the opportunities for progression are plentiful.
The Role:
The role is to lead and motivate the exisiting Sales team in reaching and excelling in sales targets, while consistently maintaining the top class level of Customer Service the company are known for. This role is a great opportunity for an experienced Retail Store Manager or a strng Assistant Manager currently seeking a new position.
Monitoring staff performance and driving sales and KPI's are essential aspects for this role. Applicants MUST have extensive experience in these attributes.
Responsibilities:
The successful candidate will be responsible for all aspects of running this busy store on a day to day basis. Proven staff management skills in a high street fashion background is essential. The ability to motivate staff to work to strict deadlines and meet targets are also essential aspects to this role. Applicants must be able to prove and give concise examples of experiences to show their suitability to this Store Management role.
An out-going, personality and a passion for fashion is a MUST!!
