Double day shift cycle: 8am-4pm/ 4pm-midnight

Job Descriptions

The successful candidate will monitor the work of analysts through training, organisation and review.
Responsibilities will include:
Coordinating and allocating of analysts activities within the laboratories
Coordinating analysts training
Collating and Reviewing results obtained by analysts
Lead and follow up on deviations
Review of documentation for new product introduction, method validation, instrument validation and updating of testing standards, test methods, stability analytical reports and standard operating procedures.
Supporting new analytical technologies for new product analysis in collaboration with other affiliates
Lead laboratory programs in preparation for FDA PAI and other Regulatory inspections
Maintain and review laboratory logs
Monitoring and Maintaining cGMP standards in the Laboratory
Carry out basic maintenance on laboratory equipment
Reporting on laboratory throughput and cycle time reduction initiatives

Person Specification:The ideal candidate will have a third level qualification in a science related discipline from a recognised institution. Three years experience in a pharmaceutical laboratory with experience in analytical methods and instrumentation is preferable. Knowledge of GMP and Safety procedures Knowledge of instrument, process and method validation would be beneficial.
