Job description:  Customer Service Manager

Our client a world leader in department retail are looking for a strong customer service manager to look after and motivate the service team.

The role will involve:

• Manage the Customer Service team, co-ordinating the work in terms of priority setting and methods definition
• Organise internal shifts/attendance in order to define holidays, back-ups and ensure the best service to the company and the clients
• Provide analysis/reports to Director
• Work closely with Distribution Planning, Client Administration and Warehouse in order to guarantee high level of Customers' satisfaction

Qualifications / Professional Capabilities

• Experience in managerial position
• Office computing
• Knowledge of SAP is a plus
