Job description: Italian English plus another language Customer Service AdministratorCPL currently has a vacancy for an Italian speaker with fluent English and either German, Dutch, or Spanish. The purpose of the role is to support the sales in Europe.Please note the language requirements:On top of Italian and English you need to have either fluent German, Spanish, DutchExperience required:• Customer Service / Sales Support• Order Management• Shipping/logistics backgroundWorking in a small team, the main function of this role is to act as the as the main interface between the Sales Manager, customers, Credit Control, the Production team and Logistics team.Duties:• Liaise with clients and customers, providing a high level of service• Process and manage all customer orders received by email, and enter orders onto CRM database.• Issue confirmation of orders the customers, using Proforma Invoice.• Analyse the orders portfolio and advise on stock availability, errors and ‘out of production’ products• Check delivery dates and liaise with the Logistics team • Up sell and cross sell when appropriate• Provide customer support in commercial requests.• Inform customers of new products, price lists, marketing new products, and progress updates on their orders.• Organising materials for and attending exhibitions, and providing sales support during the exhibitionsRequirements:• Fluent Italian PLUS another fluent language such as German, Dutch, Spanish• Fluent English• Leaving cert or equivalent as a minimum• Previous experience in a similar role involving administration, logistics, order management.• Database skills. Experience of using a CRM package• Intermediate Excel skills• Good communication skills – verbal and written• Ability to multi-task and prioritise work to meet company targets• Ability to work in a team
