My client, a multinational technology company, are seeking an online sales co ordinator to join their growing team. This is the perfect role for those wanting a professional career in a dynamic and progressive company.

RESPONSIBILITIES
• Manage new product introductions to web site together with web pricing and inventory levels.
• Manage inventory levels so that order fulfilment objectives are achieved.
• Requisition stock for Online Sales using Oracle.
• Monitor stock levels so that on hand value does not exceed one third of quarterly sales. Facilitate this activity by organising and chairing weekly meetings with Order Fulfilment and Inventory Team Leader.
• Generate Product On-Hold reports and determine best course of action in order to fulfil customer demand.
• Generate sales revenue by managing the affiliate sales promotion activities in partnership with Commission Junction.
• Create forecasts on a monthly basis for unique parts, i.e. Accessories.
• Update and maintain stock quantity levels on main Online and Employee Stores.
• Work with Marketing and advise if stock required for Demo Store is available for coming month.
• Ensure that partners such as Eircom are invoiced on a weekly basis for products sold.
• Monitor regional price lists and implement price drops if appropriate.
• Creation and maintenance of Online Sales SOX Procedures.
• Support telesales team on any queries regarding orders, inventory, product delays, etc.
• Monitor slow moving stock on the online store and suggest plan of action to move, sell, or scrap these products.
• Manage, maintain and update the Employee Store to ensure that product line-up and pricing are accurate and correct.
• Act as backup to Team Leader in processing B2B orders.
SKILLS / KNOWLEDGE / EXPERIENCE
• 2+ year experience in a multi-national environment is essential.
• Some experience of sales/marketing activities is desirable.
• A good understanding of inventory management and forecasting is essential.
• Ability to work on own initiative, with tight deadlines.
• Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
• Good organisational and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure.
• Numerical skills and attention to details is essential
• Knowledge of MS Excel / Word and excellent keyboard skills are essential.
• Oracle experience is desirable.
• Fluent in English & one or more European language is desirable.
EDUCATION / QUALIFICATIONS
• Diploma or Certificate in a third level qualification or equivalent is desirable.
