Our client a european leader in fashion require a Branch Manager to lead and develop in this busy Dublin based store.
Key responsibilities:
Driving Sales
• Lead and motivate a sales team to ensure that they consistently deliver their targets.
• Run your store as your own business making sales and business decisions that drive the business forward.
• Superior customer service
• Manage all store operations and administration to ensure that we follow through on our commitments to the customer.
People Management
• Coach and develop a team of highly motivated and target driven sales executives.
• Recruit and select new team members as needed.
• Manage day to day people operations such as rotas, holiday approvals, monitoring absenteeism etc.
Other:
• Demonstrate adaptability in your communication style to appropriately to influence any audience or situation (e.g. customers, your team, and colleagues in support office).
• Act as a change agent facilitating and driving change across both the organisation and the industry.
• Plan and execute all store activities empowering your team to take ownership of key activities.
Requirements:
• 3-5 years experience in a retail(minimum of 2 years in a management role).
• Experience in managing and developing a team of sales people.
• Passionate about delivering customer experience above and beyond customer expectation.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
