Role: Ubisoft Field Executive
Contract Type: Full-time, Permanent
Rate of Pay: £17,000 + up to 10% KPI related bonus
Package includes: Company car, fuel card, and full mobile office

Fundamentals of Role: Would you like to work in an environment that is: Inspiring, Challenging, Inclusive, Dynamic & Fun? We are looking for a 'Field Executive' to join our team, working on behalf of Ubisoft, one of the world’s largest video game publishers. The successful candidate will join an established team, covering Ireland. This will include travel to various parts of the region and the UK. Therefore anyone who meets the criteria who lives in the broader areas as defined will be considered.
The Role:The role primarily involves raising the awareness and profile of the client’s products within all channels. You will create a positive brand awareness, increase and maximise knowledge product range and incentive, and manage and build relationships within your given territory.
This will be achieved through:
Presentation of the Clients propositions, objectives, key messages, and incentives.
Direct sales activity, and in store sale / promo days.
Specified in-store training at all levels.
Building effective working relationships with key contacts both in stores and at Field Manager level.
To cover other territories and ad hoc activities as an when requested by your manager.

Key Skills / Experience:
Knowledge within the Games Software / Consumer Electronics industry
High level of interpersonal and communication skills.
Professional presentation skills.
Experience in face-to-face training.
Report writing skills, with an attention to detail.
Ability to be an effective representative for the company.
Ability to be able to function in a Business-to-Business capacity.
High level of Customer Service & support skills.
High skill level in building rapport, empathy, and co-operation at all levels of interaction.
Self motivated with the ability to work unsupervised.
Reliable, and consistent.
Computer literate – familiar with Email, Internet, Microsoft Word & Excel, Databases.

Essential Requirements:
An understanding of / background in the games software or consumer electronics industry.
A full UK driving licence, held for at least 12 months, with no more than 3 points.
An ability to attend monthly meetings at the Client’s Head Office (including hotel stopover).
A flexible approach to working hours, travel, and job role.
