At Richmond Recruitment we are currently recruiting a EMEA Logistics Specialist.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Assist with the management of the RMA (Return Materials Authorization) process which includes:
· Demand management/planning of RMA warehouse inventory
· Analysing RMA data to determine required improvements for usability and reliability.
· Determine RMA disposition to recover maximum net value to Netgear.
· Manage suppliers to ensure repair, repack, reconfigure cycle times are minimal.
· Manage all open RMA-related POs to ensure timely receipts and, if needed, expedite, escalate or cancel.
Education and Experience:
· Minimum 2 years working experience of RMA, distribution, inventory, and ground freight management.
· Experience managing RMA processing and product improvement.
· Experience working with 3rd party logistics suppliers.
· Experience in working in an electronics manufacturing or distribution company.
· Working knowledge of Oracle Systems.
· Familiarity with Microsoft Windows and Office operation, especially Excel
· Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
