My Client is a leading international luxury food company who have their office based in a great Dublin City location. Since their formation they've gone from strength to strength and firmly established themselves as the industry leader.

Role
Responsibilities include, taking calls from existing customers (up-selling , when possible ) , answering any customer queries, updating customers on the delivery status of there order and liaising with different departments to ensure an excellent level of service to customers .

Person
The successful candidate would have some sales and/or office experience, excellent interpersonal skills, working knowledge of MS Office, be highly motivated, innovative and enthusiastic.

Salary

25,000-30,000 Depending on previous experience. Plus an EXCELLENT BONUS SCHEME!! Parking and additional benefits available.
