Business Development Manager Job, Middle East & County Tyrone
In partnership with its client Cpl N.I. Ltd. is currently seeking an experienced Business Development Manager for a job based between both the Middle East & County Tyrone to sell textile products in the Middle East.
The Client:
The company is at the forefront of product design and development in the clothing market. Bringing together the expertise of its in-house design and development team, and with links to research and development partners across the world, the company invest heavily in new fabric and garment solutions, to bring greater comfort, durability and wearability to its clothing solutions.
Job Role:
The role of Business Development Manager is critical for driving the business forward in new areas and building regional awareness of the product range throughout the Middle East region.
The successful candidate will be the main point of contact for identifying new relationships, generating new business, developing customer accounts, and ensuring sales and customer satisfaction targets are met. Specifically, this will involve overall management of all commercial activities in the Middle East region.
As a Business Development Manager your duties will include:
• Setting annual sales objectives
• Building relationships and visiting all key clients on a regular basis
• Negotiating price, quantity and delivery requirements
• Monitoring and evaluating market trends, and identifying new markets
It is anticipated that the successful candidate will be required to travel throughout the Middle East for approximately 6 months within a year.
Experience and skill set required:
• A polished, influential and an articulate leader who exhibits a high degree of integrity, ethics and trustworthiness.
• Educated to degree level or equivalent and have a proven track record of providing business growth and leadership in a previous business development or sales management roles in the Middle East.
• Excellent communication & negotiation skills.
• Although not essential, the ability to speak Arabic is desirable.
• Knowledge of the Middle East markets and the ability to travel frequently throughout the region is also required.
• A clean current driving licence is essential.
