They have a dedicated Finance Department who look after all Online Financial Transactions.Role: New position exists for German Fraud E-Commerce to join their Financial Team in Cork. The candidate will relate with customers, banks, financial institutions, etc to ensure the accurate and timely processing of payments by credit card, cheque, etc. His role involves outbound telephone calls to existing customers, to check orders and potential frauds. Skills: The ideal candidates will speak native level German and fluent English. Moreover you are detail oriented, have excellent analytical skills, excellent telephone manner, interpersonal and communication skills.
