The Role:

This large Irish owned pharmaceuticals company are looking for an IT Support Manager to lead their team of 4 including helpdesk, desktop support, network, and software specialists. You will be ultimately responsible for the timely provision of support to all business users and external customers where necessary.

The Opportunity:

This is a great opportunity for you if you have several years experience as a 2^nd/3^rd level Technical Support Engineer or Systems Administrator and are looking to take the next step into man-management.

Experience/Skills:

3 to 5 years experience
Experience as team lead / manager
Experience managing third party vendors
Software development experience an advantage
