Job description: My client, a leading provider of communication services in Europe urgently requires a Service Manager to work in Dublin City. ITIL Qualification is essential.
You will be the primary service management point of contact for customers, design and implement support and service management structures, agree and manage SLA's and proactively manage customer satisfaction.
Essential skills:
Excellent customer relationship management experience. Significant service management experience. Experience managing major accounts ideally within the mobile telecoms sector. Previous experience working within an ITIL environment. Understanding of OSS Models. Excellent interpersonal, stakeholder and CRM skills.
Tasks:
Design and implement the service design. To creat the customer operations handbook. Change management including delivery of changes, preparation of proposals. Ensure billing and reporting is carried out to meet all contractual obligations. Lead governance committees. Implement best practice. Monitor and manage SLA delivery. Ensure continuous service improvements and customer satisfaction.
